Questions, bug reports, or an idea for a new way to play — all welcome at hello@lovecalculator.novadailyhub.com.
Common requests
Score disputes: the engine is deterministic — if two devices disagree on the same pair of names, check the spelling first; one different letter reshapes the whole result. If the spelling matches and the scores don't, that's a bug and we'd genuinely like to hear about it.
Couple suggestions: the celebrity board adds pairs sparingly and prefers long-settled history over tabloid churn — it keeps the page accurate and kind. Historical and literary pairs are always in scope.
Content questions: the guides cite real relationship research where research exists and clearly mark the rest as entertainment. If any page blurs that line, write in — the honesty standard is the site's core promise.
Before you write
A few notes that save us both a round-trip. Translation requests: the engine normalizes to a–z letters, so accented alphabets already work — try the name before reporting it broken. Score improvement requests: we won't tune the algorithm so a particular pair scores higher; the whole appeal of a deterministic engine is that nobody, including us, can nudge it. Advertising inquiries: the site keeps interruption to a minimum by design; partnerships that respect that are welcome to pitch.
We read everything and reply to most mail within a few days. If your mail is about a bug, include the two names you tested, the score you saw and the browser you used — that triple recreates almost every report we've ever needed.
